Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on orders of $40 or more, which includes the Routine Set and the Full Routine Set. Orders under $40 ship for a flat $4.99. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are prepared the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 6 business days after dispatch. These times are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Delays
Carriers can be slower during holidays and peak periods, including the weeks before Ramadan and Eid. We share last order dates before these periods.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at damene.reda4@gmail.com with your order number and we will help you, including a replacement when appropriate.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible: we can update it only before the order ships.
