Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Because a miswak stick is a personal hygiene product, we can only accept returns of unopened sticks in their original sealed packaging. The case and the tip cutter can be returned if they are unused and in their original condition.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.
How to start a return
Email us at damene.reda4@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Exchanges
We replace damaged or incorrect items with the same item. For any other change, return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order.
