What is a miswak?
A natural stick from a tree, used for centuries as a traditional way to clean the teeth. You trim the tip, soften it, and use it as a small natural brush.
Does it replace my toothbrush?
Yes, it can replace your plastic toothbrush as the tool you clean with. Keep your fluoride toothpaste in your routine, as dentists recommend.
What does it taste like?
A little peppery. Most people need a few days to get used to it.
How do I use it?
Trim the tip, soften the fibres, brush with soft strokes, rinse, and store it in the case. The first-week guide shows each step.
Why a case?

How long does a stick last?
